Ms. Chen from Kaohsiung asked: I want to buy a 46*46*46cm electric kiln, but I wonder if I have enough electricity at home ? How big should the wires and switches be ?
Answer: A. First, we need to consider where the electric kiln should be placed. If this electric kiln is used, the width is 76 cm.
The weight is about 200 kg. The width of a general elevator is 80 cm. The load capacity is 800 kg.
No problem, but if there is no elevator, it must be assembled on site.
B. The specifications of this electric kiln are voltage: single-phase 220V/power: 8000W.
From the formula: Current A = 8000w ÷ 220v = 36A (ampere)
So the switch should be 2P50A., and the wire should be 8 square x 3c cable. The general household electricity is single-phase 220v/.75A, so the power is sufficient.

Mr. Zhong from Hsinchu asked: How long does it take for the S-1 small furnace to reach 800℃?
How much does electricity cost?
Answer: It takes 40 minutes for a 15*15*15 small furnace S-1 to heat up to 800℃. The power used is 1500w.
According to the electricity rate calculation formula of Taiwan Power Company, 1 kWh is 1kwh = 1000W x 1 hour x 3
Yuan, to calculate, electricity cost = 1.5Kw x 0.7 hours x 3 yuan = 3.15 yuan, so S-1 small
The electricity cost is actually very cheap.

Mr. Li from Taoyuan asked: Can I place an electric kiln or a small furnace in the city? Are there any safety concerns?
A: The location of the electric kiln can be anywhere that is not humid, either indoors or outdoors.
It's safe, please use it with confidence.

Ms. Huang from Taitung asked: What are the uses of your company's 20*20*20cm small stove? I want to buy one. Can you help me send it? Will I be able to operate it when the time comes?

Hsinchu engineer Shen asked:
A. My company wants to purchase a high temperature furnace. I have seen that the specifications of your high temperature furnace are single-phase 220V/power 18kw, but the voltage of my factory is three-phase 380V. What is the difference?
B. I heard that the higher the voltage, the more power it saves. Is this true?
Answer: A. Most households in Taiwan use single-phase 220/110v electricity, which means both 220v and 110v can be used.
However, the factory uses a large amount of electricity, so the voltage used is 3-phase 380v or 3-phase 220v.
We can design according to the customer's voltage, but please inform us what voltage your company uses before production so that it can meet your company's standard electricity.
B. The power company is not a fuel-efficient lamp. The electricity fee is calculated based on the electricity usage. For example, if the electricity usage is 18kw, under the conditions of single-phase 220V, 3-phase 220V or 3-phase 380V, the electricity usage is 18kw, so the electricity fee is the same. The only difference is that the electricity usage for home and factory is different, and the fees incurred are different.

Teacher Zhan from Taichung asked: How much electricity does it cost to burn a 46*46*46cm electric kiln once?
Answer: The 46*46**46cm electric kiln uses a voltage of single-phase 220v, power of 8kw, and glaze firing to
1230℃ takes about 11 hours, electricity cost = 8kw x 11h x 3 yuan x 0.8 (see instructions) = 211 yuan.
Note: Since the electric kiln uses electricity in a stop-and-start mode during heating, x 0.8 is required.

Director Jian from Taitung asked: There are several types of electric kilns. Which one is better to use?
A: Electric kilns are divided into top-opening, side-opening, and trolley-type. Generally speaking, top-opening kilns are made from the bottom up.
The works are placed on one level, so the height inside the furnace should not be too high. It is better to place the works at a height of less than 60cm.
If the height is higher than 60cm, it is more convenient to open it sideways. If the space is large enough,
If you have a large number of works, you can also choose the trolley type, push the trolley out, and then push the works in after they are arranged.
Taipei Lin asked: What are the different types of temperature controllers? How do I choose?
Answer: There are two types of temperature controllers: 1. Single-point temperature controller, 2. Programmable temperature controller.
1. Single-point thermostat: easy to operate, just set a temperature point. Once the temperature is reached, it will maintain a constant temperature.
More suitable for: enamel, metalworking, and places where a heating curve is not required.
2. Programmable thermostat: can be used to control the temperature according to the temperature rise or fall curve you need, such as firing ceramic works
Or when the glass is bent and fused, the heating or cooling time should not be too fast, and a programmable thermostat should be used.

Ms. Xu from Luodong asked: What is the difference between oxidation and reduction kilns? Are they dangerous to use?
Answer: Usually, there is still air in the furnace during use. This is an oxidation kiln.
However, some glazes can be reduced and fired to produce color changes (such as firing celadon, copper red, etc.).
Gas is used to burn the oxygen in the furnace, creating an oxygen-free state and a reducing atmosphere.
The amount of gas used in our company's reduction kiln is very small, and we have flow meters and solenoid valves to do
The amount is controlled, so there will be no danger of gas explosion or other hazards. Please use it with confidence.

Mr. Wang from Kenting asked: Do your products have a warranty? Why is your S-1 small stove cheaper than other brands? I live in the south, is there any after-sales service?
A: The S-1 series is developed and produced by our company.
After 10 years of experience, S-system has been tested and recommended by users.
Very popular and well received by customers.
When designing an electric kiln, maintenance issues are taken into consideration. If the heating wire or controller needs to be replaced, it can actually be
Replace it yourself. If you need service, please call us. No matter where you live, our service is there.
